What are you trying to achieve?
Updated: Oct 25, 2022
Progress is something that can be hard to quantify when you have not set any goals or milestones.
Sports Therapists sometimes attempt to list out what they are doing on a weekly basis to work towards their overall target.
I recently came across something that made me think about how I split down my overall target 🎯
... the rule of 3s...
Aims can be the things that you want to achieve in the next 3 weeks. In my experience it seems like a reasonable time frame to get things done, without being so far away that it leads to procrastination. Combined, they accumulate to reach an objective.
Objectives can be set out in 3 month time intervals. As you probably guessed, they are a result of the aims that you have been completing.
Then finally are the targets which can be 3 years in advance. Multiple objectives contribute towards reaching the overall target.
Have you come across any other useful productivity hack to help you to achieve your targets? 🎯
