Who is in your corner?

A simple template to map your support network and find the gaps.

The practitioners who grow fastest aren't the ones who work hardest in isolation.

They're the ones who build the right support around them. Use this template to map what you have and notice what's missing.

Fill in each row honestly. The gaps are just as useful as the names.

Mentor / Coach

Who is your mentor/coach:

What they offer: Strategy / accountability / guidance / support

How often you connect:

Peer / Thinking Partner

Who:

Clinical Supervisor

Community / Group

Where:

How often you engage:

Business Advisor

Now ask yourself:

  • Where are the gaps?

  • Who could step into one of these roles in the next 30 days?

  • What’s one conversation you’ve been putting off that this map is telling you to have?

You don't need to fill every row at once. Start with one gap. That's enough.
