Why you are stuck as a Sports Therapist...

Most practitioners aren't stuck because they lack knowledge.

They're stuck because knowledge alone doesn't create movement. Below is a breakdown of the most common patterns I see, and the first practical step for each one.

Full diary feels out of reach

Why it happens: No clear picture of what "full" actually means for your life.

The first step: Define your ideal week in specific hours, days, and income.

You're busy but not growing

Why it happens: Activity without direction with no clear aim.

The first step: Identify the one thing that would move the needle most this week.

You keep putting off a price increase

Why it happens: Waiting for confidence to change the price.

The first step: Set the new price. Share the new price with someone.

You're not sure who your ideal client is

Why it happens: Trying to help everyone, so you stand out to no one.

The first step: Write down the last 3 clients you genuinely loved working with. What did they have in common?

You know what to do but don't do it

Why it happens: You have no accountability, no structure, no deadline.

The first step: Tell someone what you're going to do and when. External commitment changes behaviour.

Referrals feel inconsistent

Why it happens: Relationships aren't being actively maintained.

The first step: Put together a follow up system to contact previous patients.

If one of these rows stopped you, that's your starting point.

Want to talk this through? Book a connection call and we can discuss what your next step will be.
